Intention and Purpose, My Approach to Life

I approach each new day with full purpose and intentions. I learn to do this in my professional life many years ago. This behavior has served me well. Early this year I read a lot about intentional living and decided to transfer my knowledge and this practice to my personal life. Intention is defined as the course of action one intents to follow, acting with purpose or attitude toward a goal, aim, resolve. I have made it my daily practice to have five (5) guiding intentions for each day: · Fun – with as much laughter as possible in all my engagements · Respect for myself – and others in all encounters and experiences · Clear Communication – that is respectful, considerate and focused on listening · Choosing my every moment – deciding how every will be experienced · Creating – knowing that I am the creator in my life and I can do a redo on anything From these intentions, I have and continue to have a ball. I meet nice people daily, I see the beauty in everyone and everything, smiles are my nature disposition, I state my intentions and they manifest, abundance is present in all my experience. I feel a connection to “Source” and it is liberating and free. I have incredible energy and stamina to focus on my life and living it fully. Living in conscious intention is powerful, try it. What happens when you say “no”

“No” is a statement of stop, this does not working, something is not right. Most of us we suffer needlessly because we do not choose something different. Lack of “No” is directed correlated to deserving. No is a powerful statement, when we express “No” we are saying “Yes” to something else. Saying “yes” opens up the possibilities of getting what you really want. Saying no to suffering, means saying yes to some level of peace, saying no to sadness means saying yes to some level of joy, saying no to hard and difficult is saying yes to being in some level of flow and easy. No more of what you don’t want – time to stop it and create what you truly...
Creating – Creativity – Creator

Creating – Creativity – Creator

Every morning I am waken by the wind whistling through the leaves trees or the birds singing to the rising sun as it dawns of a new day. I have always loved the freshness and the silence of the early morning day. It is as though the newness of creation has given me a new opportunity to do, be and create something new and exciting. I proceed to sit and be still to hear the intuitive whispers of the Universe in my ears. Speaking to me and assuring me to continue my journey. I listen attentively and the stillness renews my body, mind and spirit to demonstrate courage to go on and seek to fulfill my greatest hearts desires. My art is a visual demonstration of the courage and it reflects the inward journey of self-discovery to be myself, open, free and influenced by the love of life and all it has to offer to contribute to my personal happiness and joy. We are all artist. Artist are creators that evoke a response from those who experience their art. However art is just one venue of creation. I believe that we are creators in every aspects of our lives. Real creativity requires the ability to allow you imagination to soar, to be in touch with your feeling – knowing that they guide you and the courage to follow that knowing. I practice this daily and it has lead me to some very wonderful and fascinating places. I encourage you to be a creator. Take time out every day to create by using your uniqueness to bring something special into...
